he Hutchinson HRA has been awarded Small <br /> Cities Development Funds to provide rehabilitation <br /> funds to the Franklin Grove neighborhood. The HRA <br /> has also been funded through the Minnesota Housing <br /> Finance Agency (MHFA) and the Greater Minnesota <br /> Housing Fund (GMHF) to develop a second phase of their very <br /> successful Rolling Meadows affordable single-family <br /> development, which is part of GMHF~; Building Better <br /> Neighborhoods (BBN) initiative. <br /> <br /> The Renville County HRA was funded for a large family <br /> transitional and permanent housing project located in several <br /> communities. Funding has been received through HUD and <br /> the Small Cities Development Program. <br /> <br /> Shelter liouse in Willmar, MN is working with the <br /> Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership and the <br /> Willmar HRA to raise funds for the construction of a new <br /> shelter located in Willmar to serve battered women.
