A . <br />D. Cabinets shall be Saco or equal flat panel cabinet with pulls and tops. <br />Cabinet doors will be submitted for final selection. <br />VII. THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION <br />A. The roof shall be a 60 mil membrane that is ballasted over taper insulation. Roof <br />truss is blown full with insulation and slope the top chord and add rigid to get <br />proper drainage. <br />B. Below grade waterproofing us Owens Corning Tough-N-Dry or equivalent to. <br />VIII. GLASS AND GLAZING <br />A. Vinyl Single Hung and Fixed windows are to be double glazed with low E single <br />strength glass, in standard frames using standard light configurations and window <br />dimensions. Screens shall be provided on operable windows at apartment units <br />only. Tempered glass at locations based on code requirements. <br />B. The interior walls and ceilings shall be painted one color flat. All unit walls shall <br />be painted one coat to cover using "flat" latex with a standard white based paint <br />(no dark, exotic, or custom colors). Back priming is not included. Painting of <br />garage is not included in this proposal. Caulk to be a one part acrylic latex 25- <br />year or better. All trim and doors to be painted accent color. Closets interiors to <br />be painted. <br />C. STC Rating to be based on minimum code standard. <br />D. Bathrooms have finish coat of semi -gloss. <br />E. Laminate wood style flooring at kitchen/sheet goods vinyl at laundry & ceramic <br />at bathrooms. <br />F. The ceramic tile tub surrounds shall consist of 9 rows 6"x 6" Dal -Tile `Leader <br />Series' or equal — white with a 2" x 6" flush/ beveled edge bull -nose terminating <br />at the tip of the tub or owners option 12x12, tile same as floors. All accessories <br />(towel bar and soap/grab) shall be `white'. One row of accent tile has been <br />included <br />G. Use Regupol 5 mm on top of all hard surface areas. <br />X. SPECIALTIES <br />A. The finish hardware and bath accessories for the apartments are priced in <br />accordance with apartment standard hardware —Yale, Kwickset, Brushed Chrome <br />finish; bath accessories are `Taymor" chrome concealed screw.
