Stackable Washer and Dryer —Model # WET3300SO (White) <br />XII. FURNISHINGS <br />A. The carpet shall be 25oz. "Bayview" or equal over 3/8" 6.0# re -bond pad in <br />bedrooms & living rooms. Industry standard transition accessories are included. <br />Sloped tile transitions are not included. Marble thresholds are not included. <br />B. Windows and French doors shall include 2" Vinyl plus mini -blinds. Window <br />coverings at any transoms, arched windows, or special conditions are not <br />included. Sliders will have vertical blinds. <br />C. Corridor carpet is included as Mohawk 26oz commercial grade carpet. <br />XIII. SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION <br />A. One trash chute is included. <br />B. Club finish allowance.(See Exhibit I) <br />C. Pool allowance includes deck & fence. (See Exhibit I) <br />XII. CONVEYING SYSTEM — 4 (1 for Building A, 1 for Building B and 2 for Building <br />C_ 150 fpm elevators at 3,500 pound capacity and capacity CMU shafts. Elevators <br />have standard plastic laminate interior & paint grade frames. Elevators shall be <br />oversized with 9' clear for furniture moving "gurney style" <br />XIII. PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL <br />A. We have included a fire protection sprinkler system a NFPA 13 system for all 4 <br />story buildings per local codes.
