<br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />APPOINTING A PERSON TO SERVE ON THE SEWER SERVICE AREA ADVISORY <br />BOARD ( 55MB ) : <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-c) contains a letter from the Metro Waste Control <br />Commission requesting that the City of Ramsey appoint a member <br />of the Councilor an employee to serve on this Ad Hoc Committee. <br /> <br />Comments: I think Council should appoint someone to serve on <br />this Committee for various obvious reasons. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />appoint someone. <br />Council motion. <br /> <br />Your action will be to appoint someone or not <br />If you do appoint someone you should do it by <br /> <br />Motion byCouncilperson and seconded <br />by Councilperson to appoint <br />for a period of year(s) to serve on the <br />Sewer Service Area Advisory Board ( 55MB). The appointee <br />shall make verbal or written reports to the Council at least <br />on a quarterly basis. <br /> <br />Abtion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />If Council takes no action, you should note in the minutes you <br />did review the contents of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />CHOOSING SEWAGE SLUDGE DISPOSAL SITES; l~TRO COUNCIL PREL]MINARY <br />REPORT ON THIS CASE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3- d) contains the preliminary report on choosing <br />Sewage Sludge Disposal Sites. They will be selecting six sites <br />here in the Metro Area. There will be a meeting on the contents <br />of the above enclosure January 29, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. at the Coon <br />Rap.ids City Hall (1313 Coon Rapids Blvd. N.W.). <br /> <br />Comments: C01ll1cil should review this carefully and we should <br />in attendance at the above meeting. It might be good to have <br />our City Engineer at this meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action on this case should be to designate <br />individual to attend this meeting. Also, Council minutes should <br />reflect that Council has received the above document for his- <br />torical record purposes. <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-e) contains a proposed copy of the agreement. I <br />have had the City Attorney review it. The City Attorney has re- <br />viewed it and does not have any problems with it. <br />
