Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Lana Howell was reassigned to the Fire Department Secretary <br />position on October 12, 2009 and was subject to a six -month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Howell has successfully completed the required six -month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 23, 2010 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Lana Howell, effective <br />April 12, 2010. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Lana Howell, effective <br />April 12, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 23 day of March 2010. <br />
