Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />THE PATROL SERGEANT <br />WHEREAS, Tim Frankfurth was promoted to the Patrol /Support Services <br />Sergeant position on September 23, 2009 and was subject to a six -month probationary <br />period; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Frankfurth has successfully completed the required six -month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 23, 2010 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Tim Frankfurth, effective <br />March 23, 2010. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Tim Frankf firth, effective <br />March 23, 2010, and to retain Mr. Frankfurth as a full -time regular Patrol /Support <br />Services Sergeant. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 23 ` day of March 2010. <br />
