Recommendation: <br />After bid opening on March 22 at 2PM and Council review of bids received during the March 23` <br />meeting by BKV Group and staff, authorize contract with for the lease space <br />remodel and mid -size conference room build -out in the Ramsey Municipal Center. Establish <br />budget for items outside the scope of the bid to allow for completion of the remodel project <br />(conference room furnishings, signage, entry mat replacement). <br />Council Action: <br />Motion by City Council to adopt resolution 10- 03 -XXX Authorizing a Contract with <br />for the Remodel of Lease Space and Mid -Size Conference Room Build -Out in the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center.
