<br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski replied that the City will be putting a crown back in that road <br />and presumably catch basins on both sides to allow water to travel away from the center. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Look, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Dehen. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski stated that no action is required by the Council unless it <br />desires to make changes to the program; otherwise, staff will bring a request for plans and specs <br />to the Council in 60 days. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig agreed that the repairs to Xkimo Street should be pulled from the scope of <br />work since it does not appear to need repairs at this time. <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski stated that this would reduce the cost of the project by <br />approximately 25%, or $70,000.
