Weaver suggested that <br />Mrs. Bartolain present her video before the Anoka City Council for their <br />information. <br />Upon invitation by Mrs. Bartolain and Mr. Bradley, the commission <br />agreed to investigate the erosion concerns of each of their properties and <br />adjacent river banks at 8:00 a.m., October 19, 1988, prior to the regular <br />meeting. Schrantz expressed interest in viewing the areas both now and <br />after the boards from the dam are removed the last of October or the <br />first of November. <br />Weaver requested that a copy of Mr. Bradley's 9 -21 -88 letter ad- <br />dressing the problems on the Rum and his recommendations be sent to <br />attorney Pearson. <br />Mathisen queried whether a boat would be allowed to carry two motors <br />on his boat, a small one for use on the Rum and a larger one that would <br />not be in use. <br />2. 1989 Budaet: Member city assessment valuations. Mathisen pre- <br />sented the WMO Member Operating Cost Assessment chart showing the breakdown <br />of valuations, along with operating cost assessments. It was reported <br />that next year the numbers will change in that there will be a State -wide <br />valuation. <br />MOTION was made by Raatikka, seconded by Weaver, to approve the <br />operating cost assessments. All voted yes.
