ti <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />NOVEMBER 15, 1989 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:45 <br />a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka,City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present at roll call included Chairman Jim Schrantz, <br />Pete Raatikka, and John Weaver. Tom Mathisen was absent. <br />Engineering consultant Dean Skallman was also in attendance. <br />OCTOBER MINUTES <br />A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Raatikka, that the <br />minutes of October 18, 1989, be approved as printed. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Due to the absence of Treasurer Tom Mathisen, no Treasurer's <br />Report was provided. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Schrantz noted the receipt of an Oct. 16, 1989, bill sent <br />from Barr Engineering for professional services provided in <br />the amount of $68.50. <br />A motion was made by Raatikka, seconded by Weaver, to approve <br />payment of the $68.50 Barr Engineering bill. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Skallman reported that his firm finds the following 1989 <br />LRRWMO bills are still unpaid: A May billing in the amount <br />of $940.00; June, $523.80; August, $543.00; and September, <br />$275.50. <br />The Recording Secretary was directed to check with Deputy <br />Treasurer Frank Frederick regarding the status of these <br />
