CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Schrantz reported receiving various Water Management Inven- tory Guidebooks from the Board of Water and Soil Resources. A September 27, 1991, memorandum from Bruce Sandstrom accom- panied said guidebooks. Schrantz directed this information be placed in the LRRWMO files. Schrantz noted the receipt of a Certificate of Insurance from attorney Curtis Pearson, of Wurst, Pearson, Larson, Underwood & Mertz. The Recording Secretary was directed to telephone Consulting Engineer Dean Skallman, Barr Engineering, to remind him to send a copy of their Certificate of Insurance, as previously requested. Information was received and noted with regard to the Mississippi River Watch Program. Schrantz noted the receipt of an October 28 -30, 1991, subur- ban mini - session of the Minnesota House of Representatives Environment and Natural Resources Committee. LRRWMO members noted the September 26 and September 27, 1991, correspondence from Susan A. Welsh and Dr. Robert Roy, Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), addressing the East Bethel Sanitary Landfill site and the Oak Grove Sanitary Landfill site, respectively. Each correspondence packet contained a draft copy of the Health Assessment for each site prepared by the MDH. Members concurred the Oak Grove Sani- tary Landfill is not in the Lower Rum River WMO District. The East Bethel Sanitary Landfill site correspondence was considered informational. Schrantz noted the Environmental Protection Agency, the Pollution Control Agency, and MDH is working on it. Having noted this, members concurred the project is being reviewed by excellent agencies and the findings are reasonable. Members further noted they agreed with the concept and recommendations noted. PENDING PROJECTS /PERMIT REVIEWS Second Quarter Report - City of Ramsey Jankowski indicated the second quarter project report for the City of Ramsey is unavailable. However, said report will be provided at the next regular LRRWMO meeting.
