Skallman recommended they <br />be left as they are for the present, thereby, avoiding having <br />to change the Water Management Plan at this stage. <br />The board concurred Skallman should go ahead and contact the <br />DNR's Natural Heritage Division for any relevant information <br />with regard to our water resources classification. <br />PENDING PROJECTS <br />Schrantz provided Andover's quarterly project development <br />report for the period January through March 1991, as <br />indicated in a March 20, 1991, letter to Chairman Schrantz <br />from Todd Haas, Assistant City Engineer. He indicated the <br />project is described as Genthon Ponds preliminary plat. No <br />LRRWO permit will be required. Constructed is expected to <br />begin some time this spring. <br />No LRRWMO action taken. <br />Erickson indicated he would send out the Coon Rapids <br />quarterly project report. <br />Jankowski indicated the City of Ramsey has a couple of <br />projects to report. More information will be provided by the <br />May meeting. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Schrantz indicated copies of erosion control standards will <br />be sent to this board in the near future. <br />Upon discussion of updating the LRRWMO Joint Powers Agree- <br />ment, members concurred they should wait until we have gone <br />through the 509 Committee and see what changes will come <br />about. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
