The total balance as of <br />January 31, 1991, was $11,351.93. <br />The February 28, 1991, report indicated a money market <br />checking account balance of $10.00, interest bearing savings <br />account balance of $3,891.04, and a certificate of deposit <br />account balance of $6,000.00. The current total balance as <br />of February 28, 1991, was $9,901.04. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE <br />THE JANUARY 31 AND FEBRUARY 28, 1991, TREASURER'S REPORTS AS <br />PRESENTED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Erickson presented a bill from Barr Engineering dated <br />February 28, 1991, for professional services provided during <br />the period December 30, 1990, through February 2, 1991, in <br />the amount of $1,444.15. <br />Schultz felt a full breakdown of expenditures should have <br />been provided. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to NOT <br />APPROVE THIS BARR ENGINEERING BILL AND ASK FOR A DETAIL OF <br />COSTS ON THIS AND THE PREVIOUS BILL. <br />Weaver stated Barr Engineering has to be put on notice they <br />are working for an organization that does not have deep <br />pockets. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS None. <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICA'T'IONS <br />Schrantz indicated he has received, from the Minnesota <br />Environmental Quality Board, a copy of its 1991 Minnesota <br />Water Plan <br />Response from Member Cities re Joint Meeting <br />The Recording Secretary reported only the Cities of Anoka and <br />Andover have responded back with available meeting dates and <br />times for the proposed joint member city meeting to discuss <br />the approved Water Management Plan.
