X -. <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED _YANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MARCH 18, 1992 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at <br />a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Scott Erickson, <br />Jankowski, and John Weaver. <br />Also present was Anoka alternate Ray Schultz. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />8:30 <br />Steve <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE <br />THE FEBRUARY 12, 1992, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending February 29, 1992, showing a money market checking <br />account balance of $10.00; interest bearing savings account <br />balance of $13,939.04; and a certificate of deposit account <br />balance of $6,000.00; for a total current balance of <br />$19,949.04. <br />Erickson noted the front two pages of the Treasurer's Report <br />depict the budget breakdowns: one to keep track of the late <br />bills for fiscal year 1991; and the other showing the new <br />fiscal year 1992 budget breakdown and expenditures to date. <br />It was noted the certificate of deposit was rolled over again <br />when it last matured. In addition, Erickson reported all <br />member cities have paid their first half year 1992 membership <br />dues. <br />Erickson drew the board's attention to the Summary of Permit <br />Fee Applications for the year ending January 31, 1992, as <br />provided by Deputy Treasurer Jim Knutson. Weaver noted the <br />total balance in this permit fee application account of <br />$1,327.00. Erickson indicated with the full board's permis- <br />sion he will add a line on the Treasurer's Report reflecting <br />the permit fee application account balance. The board <br />concurred. <br />
