._W <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />March 18, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />Discussion ensued relative to when the remaining permit <br />application fee balance would be refunded to the applicant. <br />The board concurred the remaining permit fee could be <br />refunded when the project is fully complete. The city <br />staff /engineer handling the permit should accurately <br />determine when the project is complete and inform the LRRWMO <br />of same, thereby, resulting in the LRRWMO's authorization to <br />release and return the remaining permit application funds. <br />Jankowski added this project completion information should be <br />added to each city's quarterly reports. <br />Jankowski reported the Lord of Life Church project will <br />probably not be fully completed until the middle of the 1992 <br />summer. Schultz reiterated, when it is completed, the LRRWMO <br />should have a final review of the project prior to the <br />authorization of any refund. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, that EXCESS <br />PERMIT APPLICATION FEES DEPOSITED WITH THE LOWER RUM RIVER <br />WATERSHED P- W.IAGEMENT ORGANIZATION ( LRRWMO) SHALL BE RELEASED <br />AT SUCH TINE AS THE ENGINEER WITH JURISDICTION FILES A <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN WHATEVER FORM THAT MAY BE. SAID <br />PROJECT COMPLETION FORM SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE LRRWMO BOARD <br />ON A QUARTERLY BASIS PRIOR TO ANY RELEASE OF REMAINING PERMIT <br />APPLICATION FUNDS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to ACCEPT <br />THE TREASURER'S REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Jankowski presented the January 1992 bill from the City of <br />Anoka in the amount of $246.62 for secretarial services, <br />photocopying, postage, etc. He indicated the Bill Review <br />Committee recommends approval of this Anoka bill. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Weaver, to AUTHO- <br />RIZE PAYMENT OF THE $246.62 CITY OF ANOKA BILL. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
