I I
LRRWMO Meeting Minutes
October 15, 1992
Page 4
Schrantz stated the issue at hand is to arrange for the
advertising for proposals for the services of consulting
legal counsel and engineer. Further action on this issue was
briefly postponed awaiting the in- office receipt of
information about advertising in the State Register
PE_hTiING PROJECTS /PERT -'IT REVIEWS
Second Quarter Reports
No second quarter reports were provided from the Cities of
Ramsey and Coon Rapids. Jankowski and Ottensman indicated
they would provide said report at the November regular
meeting.
Third Quarter Rep
None of the board members had third quarter project reports
available. Schrantz directed that these two agenda items be
carried over to the November meeting.
Upon further discussion on the content of the quarterly
project reports, Schrantz stated these reports should include
everything going on in each member city which is being
handled by the city. Schultz disagreed, stating it does not
make sense to report or. every little project in which the
city is involved.
Schrantz directed the Administrative Secretary to provide
each member with a copy of the past meeting minutes address-
ing this issue for further clarification.
Update on Ramsey Project #92 -15
Jankowski reported that Ramsey Project #92 -15 involves two
subdivisions on Sunny Pond and Ramsey Meadows. Ramsey
Meadows was the area not yet disturbed by development. He
stated the board took action on this at its last meeting
resulting in the restoration order discussed earlier. The
agreement has been signed by the developer, and a copy of
same has been provided for LRRWMO files.
The other portion is the Sunny Pond segment of that project.
Jankowski stated as of the last meeting we had the wetland
delineator in the process of determining where the wetland
existed before grading took place. A map was provided
indicating the result of the delineator's work. Jankowski
reported there has been a field inspection as well as aerial
viewing of some 55,000 plus square feet.
