LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />August 20, 1992 <br />Page 3 <br />Knutson also presented bills from the City of Anoka for <br />secretarial services, postage, supplies, etc. for the months <br />of May, June, and July 1992, in the amounts of $307.55, <br />$193.30, and $389.31, respectively, for a total of $890.16. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Weaver, to AUTHO- <br />RIZE PAYMENT OF THE CITY OF ANOKA BILLS TOTALING $890.16 AS <br />WELL AS THE BARR ENGINEERING BILL FOR $520.50, SUBJECT TO THE <br />ENGINEERING FIRM'S PROVISION OF AN ITEMIZATION OF THIS <br />BILLING, SEPARATING ITS PERMIT PROJECTS COSTS FROM THE <br />GENERAL ENGINEERING COSTS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Knutson provided the board with a draft Member Operating Cost <br />Assessment chart for 1993. These numbers should represent <br />the total valuation without deducting tax increment <br />financing. He noted this chart does not provide the <br />valuation for the City of Coon Rapids at this point. Knutson <br />stated once the City of Coon Rapids comes up with its <br />evaluation, this chart can be updated. This merely provides <br />the board with a close estimate for 1993. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Ottensman indicated Erickson is no longer employed by the <br />City of Coon Rapids. Therefore, he, as the city's alternate, <br />will represent the City of Coon Rapids on this board until <br />such time as someone else is hired. <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS <br />Schrantz noted the receipt of the Summer 1992 edition of The <br />Conservation Mentor the Summer 1992 Urban Update and a <br />notice for a September 17 -18, 1992, "Clean Water 2000" <br />conference on nonpoint source pollution, to be held at the <br />Northwest Inn in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. <br />PENDING PROJECTS /PERMIT REVIEWS <br />Second Quarter Reports - Andover, Coon Rapids, Ramsey <br />Schrantz provided Andover's second quarter 1992 project <br />development report, dated August 19, 1992. Some of the <br />listed projects were briefly discussed. <br />Ottensman verbally indicated Coon Rapids had no activity <br />during the second quarter. Jankowski stated his report is <br />not yet available. Both representatives from the Cities of <br />
