LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />August 20, 1992 <br />Page 9 <br />LRRWMO BYLAWS - UPDATES AND AMENDMENTS <br />The Administrative Secretary indicated review of the LRRWMO <br />bylaws have shown the document to be in a somewhat rough <br />draft form. She requested the board's permission to be <br />allowed to update the language and generally clean up the <br />document while retyping to insert the amendment regarding the <br />recent change of meeting days, from every third Wednesday of <br />each month to every third Thursday of each month. <br />Schrantz directed the Administrative Secretary to go ahead <br />and make the proposed changes and submit a draft document for <br />the board's consideration at a future meeting. <br />Upon further discussion of the meeting day change, it was <br />agreed that each city's representative member, or his <br />assignee, shall publish this change in his respective <br />newsletter. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Schrantz, to ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
