Council Business The regular meeting of the City Council was called back to order at 7:30 p.m. City Engineer Jankowski noted that staff would be bringing forward bids and specifications for the projects in May. Case #2: Request for Vacation of Easements; Case of Turtle Moon, Inc. Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing Presentation .-:. Associate Planner Wald stated that the City Council would be reviewing the final plat for ILivenwick 3d Addition at their March 11, 2003 meeting. The Rivenwick 3~d Addition Plat isa replat of outlots that were platted as part of the Rivenwick addition single-family development. The existing outlots contain the standard drainage and utility easements around the perimeter of each ouflot. Now the property is proposing to be replatted as Rivenwick 3~ Addition, a 1 townhouse development, which will contain new drainage and utility easements around, all common areas, drainage ponds, and public utilities. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Pearson, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
