III. Summary <br />It is the vision of Anoka County to enhance and protect life by providing safe roads and <br />eliminating congestion. In order to achieve this vision, it has been determined that <br />improvements to vertical profile of TH 47 approaching CR 27 (179~h Lane NW) could be made. <br />Anoka County would like to improve the vertical profile vertical profile of TH 47 at CR 27 to <br />improve the safety for all road users. A partnership with Mn/DOT would help Anoka County <br />preserve its vision and uphold its commitment to providing the citizens of Anoka County and <br />the traveling public with safe and economical solutions to existing road network deficiencies. <br />Anoka County requests consideration in the fiscal year 2010 municipal agreement program for <br />the provided TH 47 approach to CSAH 27.
