Said call would indicate a permit fee is in the hands of the LRRWMO city representative and a permit number could be assigned at that time. The board agreed that Beduhn and Rnutson should discuss whatever internal numerical identification changes should be made for billing purposes, if any. NEW BUSINESS Banking/Mitigation Format Mikkonen indicated she has asked Beduhn to remain fora few minutes after the meeting to discuss the information needed for the creation of a banking/mitigation form. LRRWMO Annual Report to BWSR Mikkonen referenced the copy of the annual report she prepared and sent to BWSR on April 27, 1993. It was noted that while Barr Engineering offered to prepare said report for $700-$800, she prepared this document, whether satisfac- tory or not, in approximately seven hours, for an LRRWMO expenditure of less than $100. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded THE ANNUAL REPORT AS PRESENTED. 4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. MISCELLANEOUS by Ferguson, to ACCEPT Weaver recalled at a joint meeting with the Cities of Anoka and Ramsey that concern was expressed about whether or not each member on this board, plus the board as a whole, has liability coverage under the insurance this board purchased. Weaver was in receipt of a letter from T.C. Field assuring this board and its individual members that they do have liability coverage for the individual members as well as the board under the insurance coverage the board bought.
