LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />May 27, 1993 <br />Page 15 <br />board went on to discuss how a simple phone call to Rnutson <br />would speed up the process. Said call would indicate a <br />permit fee is in the hands of the LRRWMO city representative <br />and a permit number could be assigned at that time. <br />The board agreed that Beduhn and Rnutson should discuss <br />whatever internal numerical identification changes should be <br />made for billing purposes, if any. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Quality Records/Maintenance <br />Not available. To be placed on the June agenda. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Banking/Mitigation Format <br />Mikkonen indicated she has asked Beduhn to remain fora few <br />minutes after the meeting to discuss the information needed <br />for the creation of a banking/mitigation form. <br />LRRWMO Annual Report to BWSR <br />Mikkonen referenced the copy of the annual report she <br />prepared and sent to BWSR on April 27, 1993. It was noted <br />that while Barr Engineering offered to prepare said report <br />for $700-$800, she prepared this document, whether satisfac- <br />tory or not, in approximately seven hours, for an LRRWMO <br />expenditure of less than $100. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded <br />THE ANNUAL REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />by Ferguson, to ACCEPT <br />Weaver recalled at a joint meeting with the Cities of Anoka <br />and Ramsey that concern was expressed about whether or not <br />each member on this board, plus the board as a whole, has <br />liability coverage under the insurance this board purchased. <br />Weaver was in receipt of a letter from T.C. Field assuring <br />this board and its individual members that they do have <br />liability coverage for the individual members as well as the <br />board under the insurance coverage the board bought. <br />Perry requested that a written procedure be put in place <br />addressing future cease and desist orders. Jankowski stated, <br />as discussed, Beduhn will no .longer be involved with said <br />
