Beduhn added that another <br />situation might be unless restoration has been completed and <br />an inspection is required. He suggested the letter to BWSR <br />request a clarification of the proper procedure and how to <br />handle it. It was further suggested that this board's <br />interpretation of the procedure be included for clarification <br />also. BWSR should be asked to confirm who can represent the <br />LRRWMO if not the Consulting Engineer. Mikkonen was directed <br />to put together such a letter to BWSR under the Vice-Chair's <br />signature. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Perry, to ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
