Rnutson explained this was the auditor and his fee <br />for completing the LRRWMO annual audit report. <br />-- City of Anoka, $325.08 and $355.45, for the months of <br />February. and March, respectively. This amount covers secre- <br />tarial expenses, copying, postage, etc. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF THE THREE BILLS PRESENTED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Fourth Quarter 1992 Reports <br />Schultz provided Anoka's Fourth Quarter 1992 report indicat- <br />ing no activity. <br />The Cities of Coon Rapids and Ramsey should provide their <br />fourth quarter 1992 reports at the May 1993 regular meeting. <br />First Quarter 1993 Reports <br />Schultz provided Anoka's First Quarter 1993 report indicating <br />no activity. <br />The Cities of Andover, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey should provide <br />their first quarter 1993 reports at the May 1993 regular <br />meeting. <br />On-Site Project Inspection Form <br />Jankowski indicated his proposed on-site project inspection <br />form was not available. Schrantz directed this be placed on <br />the May 1993 meeting agenda. <br />The board made its scheduled telephone call to its Consulting <br />Engineer. When asked how much Barr Engineering would charge <br />to complete the annual BWSR report, Skallman indicated he <br />would discuss it with his superiors and get back to the board <br />on the price. <br /> <br />
