LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />March 18, 1993 <br />Page 5 <br />News Release re Oak Grove Sanitarv Landfill Superfund Site <br />A news release was received from the PCA regarding the <br />beginning of the cover construction at the Oak Grove sanitary <br />landfill Superfund site. <br />Minnesota Environment <br />The winter 1993 publication of the Minnesota Environment was <br />received. <br />Fourth Quarter Proiect Reports <br />The City of Andover provided its fourth quarter 1992 <br />quarterly project report. <br />The other members were reminded each city should provide both <br />the fourth quarter 1992 and and first quarter 1993 quarterly <br />project reports at the April meeting. <br />Ferguson provided a resolution from the Coon Rapids City <br />Council appointing him as the city's representative to the <br />LRRWMO and naming William Ottensmann as alternate. <br />PENDING PROJECTS/PERMIT REVIEWS <br />Permit AAplication Evaluations/Fee Refunds <br />As noted during the Treasurer's report, board members were <br />urged to review past projects to determine which are complete <br />and should receive a refund of their unused permit fee. <br />Deputy Treasurer Knutson should be informed as soon as <br />possible. <br />Mineral Pond Sixth Addition <br />Schultz asked that this issue be tabled. The board concurred <br />it be tabled and carried over to the April meeting agenda. <br />.(Jankowski arrived at approximately 9:30 a.m.) <br />Ramsey Commons Second Addition <br />Jankowski presented a copy of the preliminary plat and <br />wetland mitigation plan for the Ramsey Commons Second <br />Addition. He explained this project is located near Sunny <br />Ponds with access on to County Road 5. He indicated the <br />
