To <br />date we have expended very little from our legal line item of <br />the budget. Weaver felt, however, this board is on the edge <br />of needing to spend money from the legal portion of its <br />budget to bring us up to speed. There definitely are some <br />upcoming legal expenses. <br />Ottensman reiterated the board <br />issue later on. <br />Schrantz suggested perhaps this <br />on what needs to be done. He <br />more comfortable going back to <br />a list of things the LRRWMO nee <br />would revisit this budget <br />board should review specifics <br />indicated he too would feel <br />the Andover City Council with <br />is to do. <br />Knutson' referred to the agenda packet information which <br />included the fiscal year 1993 operating cost assessment <br />chart, recommending this information be provided to the <br />respective city Finance Departments in preparation for the <br />first half year assessments. At the concurrence of the <br />board, Knutson agreed to send a letter to each .City Clerk <br />billing the cities for the first half of fiscal year 1993 <br />membership dues. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />On-Site Proiect Inspection Form - <br />Jankowski stated he has not yet prepared an on-site protect <br />inspection form._ This issue will be carried over to the <br />February agenda. <br />Report on Replacement AcTreement for Sunnv Ponds <br />Jankowski indicated his office has received a signed replace- <br />ment agreement for Sunny Ponds wetland replacement and a <br />letter of credit in compliance with said replacement <br />agreementl -6'opies of thin-material will be provided for tlie` <br />LRRWMO files. <br />Schultz noted on the "IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT N0. 101- <br />226 DATED DECEMBER 23, 1992," item #4 where it indicates the <br />July 1, 1993, date. He queried whether we can "red flag" <br />that. Schrantz and Schultz concurred the letter of credit <br />should be irrevocable. Jankowski stated he would talk to his <br />Finance Director about that. Schrantz suggested, as is done <br />in Andover, that the developers have to notify the city. <br />Jankowski added the .developer is delinquent with his <br />replacement plan, and he will give him a call.
