CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Assessment of Groundwater Protection Needs Questionnaire for Anoka County The board discussed the questionnaire received from Robert M. Hutchison, Director of Environmental Services, Anoka County Human Services Division, requesting the board's assistance in completing a questionnaire relative to groundwater protection needs. The members concurred the request for information was fairy vague and felt much of whatever information he wants could be obtained from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the- Pollution Control Agency (PCA), or the Health Department. The board further agreed that, depending on what exact information the county is requesting, the LRRWMO member cities have limited staff and time with which to complete a detailed study. Schrantz agreed to contact Mr. Hutchison and find out exactly what information he wants and will inform each LRRWMO representative of the outcome. Miscellaneous Communications -- Fourth Annual Erosion Control Conference. No action taken. -- Notification of Andover's public hearing with the Administrative Judge on Wetland Crossings in the area from Eldorado Street to Dehn's Pond. Following discussion on this upcoming public hearing and further clarification on the proposed project, the board concurred it's position would be not to oppose this proposal. Motion was made by Ottensman, seconded by Jankowski, to INDICATE .THE LRRWMO. VOICES NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED- PROJECT INVOLVING THE WETLAND CROSSING IN THE AREA FROM ELDORADO STREET TO DEHN'S POND. 4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. The board directed that a letter be sent to the Administra- tive Judge, under the Chairman's signature, expressing this position of the LRRWMO.
