LRRWMO Meeting Minutes September 16, 1993 Page 3 Motion was made by Ottensmann, seconded by Weaver, to authorize payment to Barr Engineering of $1,734.37 as presented. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Consensus was reached that Jankowski will contact Barr Engineering to reaffirm the understanding that work will relate only to the LRRWMO, work will not be conducted without specific authorization from the Board, and to request that the date and specific description of activity be included on the invoice. Review Contract with Administrative Secretary Knutson reported Curtis Pearson, LRRWMO attorney, has reviewed the Administrative Secretary contract submitted by Timesaver Off Site Secretarial and has recommended two revisions which the firm has agreed with. The first revision involves provision of incidental supplies for meeting packets and the second with the term of the contract. He suggested that this matter be considered at the next meeting when a revised contract will be available. Jankowski asked if anyone was concerned with allowing a 90 day cancellation period. Weaver noted the Administrative Secretary recommended 90 days due to the length of time needed to interview, hire and train, and he concurred. REPORT OF OFFICERS Fourth Quarter 1992 Reports -Ramsey Jankowski stated he has a draft report prepared but one project is not included and he would like the opportunity to resubmit his report for the next meeting.
