LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />September 16, 1993 <br />Page 7 <br />Moved by Ottensmann, seconded by Weaver, to accept the amended mitigation for Anoka <br />County Project CP 93-12-116, LRRWMO Application #93-3 subject to favorable review by <br />Beduhn. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Application #93-4, Willis Lan fg eld <br />Haas explained approval of this application was contingent upon receipt of a letter from the <br />Corp of Engineers. He reported the Corp of Engineers has indicated a permit is not needed <br />so Langfeld can proceed. <br />LRRWMO Application #93-6, Norway Pine Builders. Inc. <br />The Administrative Secretary reported an update has been received from Barr Engineering <br />regarding this project which indicates the permittee has satisfied the conditions of the permit <br />and the LRRWMO may want to provide correspondence indicating he can proceed. <br />Jankowski agreed a letter would be helpful to the permittee in case the DNR came out and <br />had questions. <br />Haas questioned whether a Corp of Engineer's permit is needed since the permittee wants <br />to build a driveway across a wetland to access a pole barn. <br />Consensus was reached to direct the Administrative Secretary to send a letter to the <br />applicant indicating they have satisfied conditions of the permit and may proceed with the <br />work; however, the proposed work also needs a DNR permit. <br />LRRWMO Application #93-8. Wood Pond Hills 3rd and 4th Addition <br />Weaver noted the engineer is suggesting the permittee submit a formal request to the <br />LRRWMO. Ottensmann agreed the formality of receiving the request has not been <br />accomplished. Schultz indicated he felt the Board should have this on file for the record. <br />Moved by Ottensmann, seconded by Weaver, to direct the Administrative Secretary to send <br />WPH Properties a letter requesting they submit a written request for modification of Wood <br />Pond Hills 3rd and 4th Additions, and also that Jankowski call Dave Nash to request a <br />written letter of the modification to the plan. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Consideration of the Joint Powers Agreement <br />Jankowski noted the Board received a fairly extensive letter from Ottensmann regarding the <br />Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) which was referred to the attorney for a legal opinion. He <br />added Ramsey discussed the JPA along with the contents of Ottensmann's letter and share <br />
