LRRWMO Meeting Minutes December 16, 1993 Page 5 Ferguson suggested the JPA be tabled until the January meeting to allow time for further review and a recommendation from Ottensmann and Weaver. Consensus was reached to table consideration of the JPA to the January 20, 1994 meeting to allow time for adequate review of Pearson's comments as well as input from Ottensmann. Ferguson indicated he would prepaze the final document following the LRRWMO's action at the January meeting. Newsletter Article - Fer ug son Ferguson stated he will attempt to prepaze a newsletter article by the January, 1994 meeting. He added he will provide the Secretary with a copy of the recent Coon Rapids newsletter since it needs to be included in the Annual Report. Permitting Process Haas dismbuted copies of procedures used by the Coon Creek Watershed for the LRRWMO's review. He reported the Coon Creek Watershed will revise these procedures in the Spring of 1994 as part of their Comprehensive Plan update. He suggested the LRRWMO delay action until the Coon Creek Watershed has completed this update. Consensus was reached to table action on permitting procedures until the April 21, 1994 meeting. LGU Status -Resolution Adopting New Rules Schultz reported that the City of Anoka adopted a resolution granting LGU status to the LRRWMO. A copy of said resolution was provided for the LRRWMO's records. Jankowski reported the City of Ramsey adopted a similaz resolution at their December 14th Council meeting, a copy of which he will provide to the LRRWMO. Ferguson stated Coon Rapids will send a letter to both the LRRWMO and BWSR indicating they are maintaining LGU status. He added that Coon Rapids has no objection to language contained in the proposed Resolution Adopting New Rules.
