LRRWMO Meeting Minutes June 23, 1993 Page 5 Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to RELUC- TANTLY ACCEPT THE LETTER OF RESIGNATION FROM THE ADMINISTRA- TIVE SECRETARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TIME SCHEDULE ALLOTTED, AND RECOMMENDING THAT EACH MEMBER IMMEDIATELY START LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT. 3 ayes - 0 Hayes. Motion carried. Jankowski suggested members start looking in their own organizations for a replacement. He further agreed to coordinate this effort, asking that he be contacted with any suggestions. Weaver recommended everyone bring back their ideas for replacement as the next meeting. Mikkonen was asked to write up a job description. Upon discussion of continuing to the board agreed it is centrally Knutson who briefly attends each meet at the Anoka City Hall, located and convenient for meeting. REPORT OF OFFICERS Fourth Quarter 1992 Reports - Coon Rapids and Ramsey Neither report was available. This was continued to the July meeting agenda. First Quarter 1993 Reports - Andover, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey Haas provided a quarterly project development report for the months of January through March 1993. He indicated the Meadows of Round Lake project is currently complying. Coon Rapids and Ramsey members indicated they would provide the first quarter 1993 report at the July meetinc. Mikkonen reminded the board that second quarter 1993 reports will also be due at the July meeting. On-Site Project Restoration/Inspection Form Continued to the July agenda. Mikkonen indicated she included the term "restoration" in this proposed form title due to recent information indicating the LRRWMO is responsible for the inspection of wetland restoration sites as well as general project inspections. Jankowski recommended he wait for a response from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) in response to the LRRWMO's June 14, 1993, letter to BWSR
