LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />June 23, 1993 <br />Page 5 <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to RELUC- <br />TANTLY ACCEPT THE LETTER OF RESIGNATION FROM THE ADMINISTRA- <br />TIVE SECRETARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TIME SCHEDULE ALLOTTED, <br />AND RECOMMENDING THAT EACH MEMBER IMMEDIATELY START LOOKING <br />FOR A REPLACEMENT. <br />3 ayes - 0 Hayes. Motion carried. <br />Jankowski suggested members start looking in their own <br />organizations for a replacement. He further agreed to <br />coordinate this effort, asking that he be contacted with any <br />suggestions. Weaver recommended everyone bring back their <br />ideas for replacement as the next meeting. Mikkonen was <br />asked to write up a job description. <br />Upon discussion of continuing to <br />the board agreed it is centrally <br />Knutson who briefly attends each <br />meet at the Anoka City Hall, <br />located and convenient for <br />meeting. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Fourth Quarter 1992 Reports - Coon Rapids and Ramsey <br />Neither report was available. This was continued to the July <br />meeting agenda. <br />First Quarter 1993 Reports - Andover, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey <br />Haas provided a quarterly project development report for the <br />months of January through March 1993. He indicated the <br />Meadows of Round Lake project is currently complying. <br />Coon Rapids and Ramsey members indicated they would provide <br />the first quarter 1993 report at the July meetinc. <br />Mikkonen reminded the board that second quarter 1993 reports <br />will also be due at the July meeting. <br />On-Site Project Restoration/Inspection Form <br />Continued to the July agenda. <br />Mikkonen indicated she included the term "restoration" in <br />this proposed form title due to recent information indicating <br />the LRRWMO is responsible for the inspection of wetland <br />restoration sites as well as general project inspections. <br />Jankowski recommended he wait for a response from the <br />Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) in <br />response to the LRRWMO's June 14, 1993, letter to BWSR <br />
