LRRWMO Meeting Minutes
June 23, 1993
Page 10
approved Mr. Pederson's mitigation plan. Weaver requested
that the City of Andover pursue contact with those agencies
to ensure they are notified. Mr. Pederson agreed to work
with Haas further on the details.
CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS
Isanti Cleanup Actions Information
Two Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Superfund Fact
Sheets on Isanti cleanup actions were noted. Informational.
PENDING PROJECTS/PERMIT REVIEWS
Mineral Pond Sixth Addition
Weaver indicated there has been no change in status; no
activity taking place.
Lord of Life Church Permit Refund Recommendation
Jankowski indicated the project has been completed, but he
has not yet completed the paper work recommending the permit
fee refund. This item will be placed on the July agenda.
WMO Permit #93-4: Willis Langfeld, 2207 161st Avenue, N.W.,
The board reviewed LRRWMO permit application #93-4 for Willis
Langfeld, 2207 161st Avenue N.W. Haas stated Mr. Langfeld
wants to fill wetland for the construction of an agricultural
road. Beduhn's June 21, 1993, outline and recommendation of
the proposed project was reviewed.
Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to APPROVE
PERMIT #93-4 CONTINGENT ON THE APPLICANT CONTACTING THE
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND CORPS OF
ENGINEERS TO DETERMINE WHETHER ADDITIONAL PERMITS ARE
REQUIRED. ALSO, THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE TO THE ANOKA
COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT THE PROPER
NOTIFICATION FORM(S) FOR THE ACTIVITIES PLANNED. (See
addition to the motion further along in discussion.)
Jankowski queried whether this road will interfere with the
drainage pattern. Haas suggested perhaps a culvert should be
installed. He agreed that would be his concern also.
Jankowski noted there is a 3:1 slope on the wetland.
