LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />June 23, 1993 <br />Page 11 <br />Weaver added to the motion, and Ferguson concurred, that <br />APPROVAL SHALL ALSO BE CONTINGENT ON A CULVERT BEING PROPERLY <br />INSTALLED AND IN T$E APPROPRIATE LOCATION, SHOULD THAT BE THE <br />JUDGEMENT OF THE LRRWMO CONSULTING ENGINEER, TO INSURE T$E <br />BALANCING OF WATER. <br />Haas indicated he would have Beduhn look at this site to see <br />if a culvert is needed. Jankowski asked that he look at the <br />water surrounding this road to determine if an equalization <br />should be required on either in the wetlands. Ferguson added <br />this should be done prior to construction. Weaver suggested <br />as long as Mr. Langfeld's and Mr. Pederson's properties are <br />contiguous perhaps they could split the cost. Haas agreed to <br />take a look at the overall picture of the area. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Amber Ridge Update/LRRWMO Approval Upon Plan Revision <br />Mikkonen indicated the board never formally approved the <br />Amber Ridge permit. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded <br />THE AMBER RIDGE PERMIT #93-2 CONTINGEN <br />REMOVING THE DRAINAGE ON WACO STREET <br />INTO THE RUM RIVER. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />Water Quality Records/Maintenance <br />Continued to the July meeting. <br />by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />ON THE PROPERTY OWNER <br />FROM DIRECT DISCHARGE' <br />Haas indicated the City of Andover has not heard from her or <br />her contractor. The board indicated this should be continued <br />to the July meeting. <br />Update: Sunny Pond/Letter of Credit <br />Jankowski reported the restoration plan for the Sunny Pond <br />development has not been executed yet. He noted the LRRWMO, <br />through his office, holds a $25,000 letter of credit. <br />Jankowski recommended this board contact Mr. Menkfeld and <br />renew the letter of credit or else draw on the letter of <br />credit and ask fora time table. He went on to state that <br />Mr. Menkfeld has contacted his Ramsey City Engineering office <br />
