Coon Rapids & Ramsey Schultz submitted and reviewed Anoka's second quarter report for 1994. He advised Anoka is actively pursuing Weston Woods developers to replace silt fences which "blow out" because of heavy runoff. Weaver noted that the base of one of the Anoka Industrial Park ponds will be flue feet below the water level and have the appearance of a lake. PENDING PROJECTS/PERMIT REVIEWS LRRWMO #93-13 -Shoal Removal Plans for Rum River Bridee -Anoka Jankowski reviewed the DNR letter dated September 29, 1994 indicating they had issued a Protected Waters Permit #94-6116 authorizing the excavation. Weaver advised that the City of Anoka has approved a conditional use allowing placement of fill in the floodway of the River. He explained that this project will be accomplished in conjunction with removal of the boards and is expected to take about four hours. The 160 yards of material will be placed around the historical structure and used for stabilization of the slopes. Informational; no action required. LRRWMO #94-13 -Woodbine Street -Andover Jankowski reviewed the Ban Engineering memorandum dated October 14, 1994 indicating this permit application is eligible for a No Loss Certificate under the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991. Motion by Perry, seconded by Weaver, to authorize the execution of a No Loss CertiCcate as advised by Barr Engineering. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. LRRWMO #94-14 - Erhart/Modeen Residences -Andover Jankowski reviewed the Ban Engineering memorandum dated October 14, 1994 indicating this permit application is eligible for a No Loss Certificate under the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991.
