<br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />September 15, 1994 <br />Page 3 <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS <br />Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder. He <br />pointed out the 1994 Minnesota Quality Conference and suggested anyone interested in <br />attending could be so authorized via telephone. <br />Jankowski noted that the Met Council is conducting a second round for their grant program <br />to address non-point source pollution, but this grant is very specific on how funds can be <br />used. <br />With regard to the University of Minnesota survey to inventory drained wetlands, Jankowski <br />suggested that the Agriculture Extension Agency may be better suited to provide that <br />information. <br />REPORT OF .OFFICERS <br />Fourth Quarter 1993 Reports -Coon Rapids, Ramsey <br />Ottensmann submitted the fourth quarter 1993 report for Coon Rapids, noting no new <br />construction projects in the LRRWMO watershed boundary. <br />Ramsey's report not available; placed on October 20, 1994 agenda. <br />First Quarter 1994 Reports -Coon Rapids. Ramsev <br />Ottensmann submitted the first quarter 1994 report for Coon Rapids, noting no new <br />construction projects in the LRRWMO watershed boundary. <br />Ramsey's report not available; placed on October 20, 1994 agenda. <br />Second Quarter 1994 Reports -Andover. Anoka. Coon Rapids, Ramse <br />Ottensmann submitted the second quarter 1994 report for Coon Rapids, noting no new <br />construction projects in the LRRWMO watershed boundary. His report also noted a city <br />boundary change between Coon Rapids and Anoka; the western portion of a parcel north <br />of Highway 10 and west of the Riverdale Crossing shopping mall which has been annexed <br />by Anoka from Coon Rapids. <br />Haas submitted the second quarter 1994 report for Andover and reviewed the status of <br />outstanding project. <br />Ramsey's report not available; placed on October 20, 1994 agenda. <br />
