PENDING PROJECTS/PERMIT REVIEWS LRRWMO #94-04 -Lund Industries EAW Motion by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to direct Beduhn to review pertinent sections of the Lund EAW and make comments to the MPCA, with charges covered by the Lund escrow account. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. LRRWMO #94-OS - AEP Industrial Site -City of Anoka It was noted that Beduhn has inspected the AEP Industrial site for wetlands and found the site does not meet the criteria of a wetland. Motion by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the AEP Industrial Site Certificate of Exemption of Compliance or No Loss as recommended by Barr Engineering. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. LRRWMO #94-06 Ke1se~Round Lake Park -Andover Haas provided a brief review of the Kelsey Round Lake Park project. He explained that Andover received matching federal funds to assist in the purchase of a portion of the 120 acre site in exchange for the City agreeing to develop the park within a specified time frame. A LRRWMO permit is being applied for because of the construction of a parking lot and need for a sedimentation pond. Haas pointed out the location for a boardwalk across a wetland area and how the project will be phased over five to six years. It was also noted that an Indian burial ground may exist on the site and will be verified by the State. In response to Jankowski's question, Haas explained that a sedimentation pond will be constructed with an overflow from the basin in the wetland as recommended by Beduhn.
