Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO #94-OS - AEP Industrial Site -City of Anoka <br />It was noted that Beduhn has inspected the AEP Industrial site for wetlands and found the <br />site does not meet the criteria of a wetland. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the AEP Industrial Site Certificate of <br />Exemption of Compliance or No Loss as recommended by Barr Engineering. Vote: 3 ayes, <br />0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO #94-06 Ke1se~Round Lake Park -Andover <br />Haas provided a brief review of the Kelsey Round Lake Park project. He explained that <br />Andover received matching federal funds to assist in the purchase of a portion of the 120 <br />acre site in exchange for the City agreeing to develop the park within a specified time frame. <br />A LRRWMO permit is being applied for because of the construction of a parking lot and <br />need for a sedimentation pond. Haas pointed out the location for a boardwalk across a <br />wetland area and how the project will be phased over five to six years. It was also noted <br />that an Indian burial ground may exist on the site and will be verified by the State. <br />In response to Jankowski's question, Haas explained that a sedimentation pond will be <br />constructed with an overflow from the basin in the wetland as recommended by Beduhn. <br />
