<br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />JUNE 22, 1994 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. in the Committee Room <br />of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; John <br />Weaver, Anoka; and Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids. <br />Also present was Andover alternate Bruce Perry; Anoka alternate Ray Schultz; and Melinda <br />Coleman, Anoka City Planner. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />It was noted that the first sentence on Page 3 should indicate "In response to Weavers' <br />question" (not Schultz'). <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the May 19, 1994, regular <br />meeting minutes as corrected. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Due to Knutson's absence, Jankowski presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending <br />May 31, 1994. Account balances for the period were: Checking, $10.00; interest bearing <br />savings account, $6,984.65, less permit account balance of $4,876.87, for a total available <br />savings account balance of $819.70; and certificates of deposit totaling $22,000.00; for a <br />current total balance of $27,706.57. <br />Weaver noted that expenses are in line with the budget. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Weaver, to accept the Treasurer's Report for <br />the period ending May 31, 1994. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Due to I{nutson's absence, Jankowski presented two bills for payment as follows: Timesaver <br />Off Site Secretarial for $184.25, Barr Engineering for $297.00 ($295.50 is~for administrative <br />costs). It was noted the bills were reviewed by the Bill Committee and they recommend <br />approval. <br />
