LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />April 21, 1994 <br />Page 6 <br />Weaver commented on the National Park Service and their authority and jurisdiction in the <br />LRRWMO area. He stated he does not want to spend local money to recreate documents <br />that other agencies already have made available. He added the LRRWMO is doing a good <br />job of addressing concerns and assuring water is properly managed. <br />Beduhn stated he understand's the LRRWMO wants to keep a limited scope, which he will <br />include in the letter to regulatory agencies as well as indicating a response is requested <br />within 60 days. <br />Consensus was reached to request Beduhn to provide a copy of the Basset Creek Plan for <br />their review and to table further discussion to the May 19, 1994 meeting. <br />LRRWMO Application #93-04 -Lan fg eld <br />Motion by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to close LRRWMO Application #93-04 submitted <br />by Langfeld and direct Knutson to return unexpended permit monies. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Application #93-15 -Timber Meadows 2nd <br />Beduhn explained this was the first permit reviewed under the new Wetland Conservation <br />Act. <br />Motion by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to close LRRWMO Application #93-15 for <br />Timber Meadows 2nd Addition and direct Haas to request payment of $74 to cover <br />expended engineering fees. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />PENDING PROJECTS/PERMIT REVIEWS <br />LRRWMO Application #94-O1 - Walgreens Permit <br />Beduhn reviewed his memorandum dated March 31, 1994 which indicates Walgreens' <br />sediment and erosion controls and sump manholes and skimming structures address concerns <br />raised in his February 14, 1994 memo, and he finds the plans submitted meet the technical <br />requirements of the LRRWMO. <br />No action required. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Fourth Quarter 1993 Reports -Anoka.
