<br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />March 17, 1994 <br />Page 8 <br />Consensus was reached that the LRRWMO's Plan will contain general goals and provisions <br />with local Plans including specific details. Further action was tabled on the draft resolution <br />until the April 21, 1994 meeting when Bob Beduhn will be present. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Input for 1993 Annual Report <br />The Administrative Secretary provided a review of the draft 1993 Annual Report and <br />requested input. <br />Following a brieY discussion, consensus was reached to direct the Administrative Secretary <br />to revise the 1993 Annual Report, as suggested, and resubmit it for fttrther review at the <br />April"1T 1"994 meeting. <br />Local Ground Water Protection Guidebooks <br />It was noted that all LRRWMO members received a copy of the Local Ground Water <br />Protection guidebook. No action needed. <br />WCA Fee Schedule <br />Jankowski noted the fee schedule indicates a charge of up to $75 for action such as <br />inspections and restoration.. Since $75 may not be sufficient to cover engineering costs, the <br />LRRWMO is currently charging actual costs. <br />Consensus was reached to .continue the current policy of billing actual costs for related <br />wetland inspection and compliance activities. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to adjourn the meeting.
