Haas explained he
has tried to contact both the builder and property owner several times regazding this
shortage, and will continue to do so.
Regazding the Amber Ridge project, Jankowski noted that Hakanson Anderson may do
post-construction delineation of the wetland and submit that information to Beduhn. He
suggested that Beduhn do the final inspection for Ramsey Commons 2nd.
Consensus was reached to approve the Permit Update as submitted and request Beduhn
to send letters to permittees outlining remaining requirements.
Attachment Permit Application Form -Beduhn
Jankowski reviewed the permit attachment form prepazed by Beduhn which outlines
requirements, including application deadline and required submittals.
Schultz suggested that a new item 3e, Erosion Control Plan be included.
