LRRWMO Meeting Minutes January 19, 1995 Page 6 Weaver asked if the SEH proposal for the Plan update will include the level of information required to make the Plan comply and be approved by regulating agencies. Lobermeier stated it will, and SEH will break out vests for Tasks 1-4 for the grant reimbursement. Lobermeier continued with a review of the last five phases and estimated costs for each. He advised it includes setting up four different review meetings and allows enough time during those meetings to go over material provided and get input from the LRRWMO. He emphasized that it will take some time during those meetings to review data and discuss the information. Jankowski suggested that time be set aside (10 a.m. to noon) during the regulazly scheduled monthly meetings to discuss the Plan update. Haas asked when member city councils would review the Plan. Lobermeier explained some councils may want to review the Plan by sections and some may want the entire Plan for review. He stated they aze open to whatever the cities want to do. He suggested they review the draft Plan and then go to the community for input. Haas noted the City Engineer will probably be reviewing their Plan. Lobermeier reviewed the WMO responsibilities as outlined in his letter. Keehn presented each member with a working notebook and assessment of problems, and explained how they will be used in the on-going process of the Plan update. Schultz requested this data in electronic form. Lobermeier stated they will contact each member city to schedule an individual meeting time. Weaver explained that Schultz will be working with SEH for the Anoka data. Lobermeier reviewed the time schedule as outlined above and miscellaneous consulting professional services. Weaver questioned travel costs. Lobermeier clarified that there will be no travel cost for time spent between SEH offices and the WMO's official office for work related to the Plan revision. He further clarified that all costs aze inclusive in the $26,400 proposal amount. Any other travel related expenses will be at the hourly rate of the individual plus $0.30 per mile and be part of a separate authorization by the LRRWMO. Lobermeier requested the LRRWMO review the contract and information, and consider it at their February 16, 1995 meeting. He stated if the LRRWMO agrees, they will start to collect data and make the request of the agencies even though the contract is not signed yet. Lobermeier advised that he will try to attend all of the LRRWMO meetings, but Keehn,will attend if a conflict arises. Also, Keehn will do a fair amount of the work on the Plan update preparation. Weaver questioned the invoicing. Lobermeier stated they would like to bill out on a monthly basis. The LRRWMO agreed.
