LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />September 21, 1995 <br />Page 5 <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Fourth Ouarter 1994 Report -Ramsey <br />Ramsey report not available; placed on October 19, 1995 agenda. <br />First Ouarter 1995 Report - Ramer <br />Ramsey report not available; placed on October 19, 1995 agenda. <br />Second Ouarter 1995 Reports -Andover Coon Rapids & Ramsey <br />Haas submitted and reviewed Andover's Second Quarter 1995 Report. He noted that his <br />reports includes some projects that don't require LRRWMO permits. <br />Moved by Weaver, seconded by Ottensmann, to accept the Second Quarter 1995 Report <br />from Andover, as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Coon Rapids and Ramsey reports not available; placed on October 19, 1995 agenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Joint Powers Agreement -Update <br />Jankowski advised that the JPA has now been approved by all member cities and copies are <br />being circulated for signature. Once completed, Jankowski stated he will submit a signed <br />copy to BWSR. <br />Lobermeier requested that he also receive a signed copy of the JPA for inclusion in the Plan <br />Update as an appendix. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-14 - SuperAmerica - Ramsey <br />Jankowski noted SuperAmerica (SA) Station proposes to locate a new station in the <br />northwest quadrant of TH47 and CR116 in Ramsey. The LRRWMO reviewed the Ban <br />Engineering memorandum and recommendation for approval subject to ten conditions. <br />Mike Cronin, representing SuperAmerica, reviewed the site being purchased by SA and the <br />private road which will be constructed to provide access. He advised there may be <br />subsequent development by the property owner on the adjacent site. The holding pond <br />which connects into the wetland is larger than needed for this facility because of the two <br />additional lots which may be developed north of this site.
