LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />June 15, 1995 <br />Page 9 <br />Weaver suggested further action by the LRRWMO be tabled until Ramsey approves the <br />JPA. Since the Plan is currently being updated, he supported addressing the dam issues in <br />the Plan and keeping the JPA a "clean" document. Jankowski agreed. <br />Tabled to the July 20, 1995 meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-4 -Indian Meadows 4th Addition <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the May 25, 1995 memorandum from Beduhn updating on the <br />status of the WCA permit review for Indian Meadows 4th Addition. Public notice has been <br />published and they are now in the 30 day waiting period for responses. . <br />T'he Administrative Secretary advised a letter was received from the DNR indicating they <br />need two copies of the complete replacement plan, not just the EQB notice. Jankowski <br />asked her to forward this request to Beduhn. <br />Jankowski reviewed the Findings of Fact and Beduhn's recommendation that the project has <br />considered alternatives and has attempted to reduce project impacts. <br />Motion by Ferguson, seconded by Weaver, to approve the Wetland Conservation Act - <br />Sequencing Findings of Fact. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-5 -Anoka Enterprise Park -Revised Erosion Control Plan <br />John Harwood, Hakanson Anderson Associates, reviewed the revised grading plan on some <br />of the private lots surrounding the Anoka Enterprise Park and advised they will submit an <br />erosion control plan for each of these lots. He explained this modification is to the Phase <br />3 Plan of the Anoka Enterprise Park and each property owner was given the option of <br />having material placed on their building pads and compacted. All drainage will be directed <br />into the central pond but they have added some erosion control measures. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the revised erosion control <br />plan for LRRWMO Permit #95-5, Anoka Enterprise Park Phase 3 and 3rd Addition, <br />subject to review and recommendation from Beduhn. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-9 First Team Sports <br />Jankowski reviewed the June 13, 1995 memorandum from Beduhn indicating he has <br />reviewed the revised erosion and sediment control plan for the First Team Sports facility, <br />believes it is appropriate and meets the requirements of the LRRWMO. The memorandum <br />also notes the possible need for a NPDES construction permit from the MPCA. <br />
