LRRWMO Permit #95-10 -Central Power Distnbution Jankowski reviewed the June 13, 1995 memorandum from Beduhn indicating he has reviewed the revised erosion and sediment control plan for the Central Power Distnbutors, Inc. facility, believes it contains appropriate erosion and sediment control practices, and meets the requirements of the LRRWMO. The memorandum also notes the possible need for a NPDES construction permit from the MPCA. Central Power Distributors, Inc. reviewed his permit to construct an office/wazehouse distnbution facility on Lot 3 and 3A, Block 3 of the Anoka Enterprise Pazk Third Addition. He advised the erosion and sediment control plan has been designed by Hakanson Anderson so his firm became involved to avoid a possible conflict of interest with Hakanson reviewing a plan they designed themselves. Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the revised erosion and sediment control plan for LRRWMO Permit #95-10, Central Power Distribution, with the notation that a NPDES construction permit may also be required from the MPCA. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. WCA Permitting Procedures (when a Replacement Plan is involved The LRRWMO reviewed the May 26, 1995 memorandum from Beduhn reviewing the. permitting procedures to be used when a replacement plan is involved. It was noted that to avoid additional costs, the LRRWMO will now require four complete copies of the plans and supporting documents. Consensus was reached to approve the Replacement Plan procedures as proposed by Beduhn. Updated Permit Requirement/Application Forms The LRRWMO reviewed the updated Permit Requirement and Application Forms which now require four complete sets of submittals for Replacement Plans. Consensus was reached to approve the revised forms as submitted.
