LRRWMO Meeting Minutes May 18, 1995 Page 4 Schultz questioned whether Anoka County is interested in administering this grant and if so, will they charge an administrative fee to do so. To provide ease of administering the funds, Knutson suggested the grant be reimbursed in one lump sum. Jankowski noted Anoka County can be assured the LRRWMO will provide the matching funds since they have already entered into a Plan update agreement with SEH. Moved by Haas, seconded by Schultz, to adopt Resolution 1995-2 Requesting Anoka County to Accept the Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) Challenge Grant on behalf of the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization (LRRWMO) Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. REVIEW OF FINAL 1994 ANNUAL REPORT Knutson reviewed the final 1994 Annual Report, noting the series of requirements that must be met and the corresponding answers which are highlighted. Moved by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Final 1994 Annual Report as prepared by the Administrative Secretary and authorize her to submit it to BWSR Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder. Informational; no action required. Letter from DNR re: Stonehaven (no need for DNR permit Members reviewed the DNR letter dated May 2, 1995 to Brent Roshell, Passe Engineering, Inc. indicating there is no need for a DNR permit for Stonehaven. Schultz reviewed the road and sewer alignment. Informational; no action required. Letter from DNR re: Willow Ridge (issuing Temp. Apr. Permit #95-61~ Members reviewed the April 25, 1995, DNR letter approving Temporary Appropriation Permit #95-6180 authorizing the appropriation of 16 million gallons for construction dewatering related to a sanitary sewer installation along 149th Lane NE and TH 47.
