LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />May 18, 1995 <br />Page 7 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-4 -Indian Meadows 4th Addition <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the May 15, 1995, letter from Andover City Engineer Scott <br />Erickson advising of their determination that the Indian Meadows 4th Addition preliminary <br />plat does not exist and it will be a requirement of the developer to proceed through the <br />preliminary plat public hearing process as required in their Ordinance 10. They also indicate <br />their belief that Exemption 24 under the Wetland Conservation Act -Permanent Program <br />does not apply. <br />Moved by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to deny the Exemption 24 request applied Por on <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-4 based upon the May 15, 1995, letter received from the City of <br />Andover. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Haas advised Indian Meadows will be submitting a sequencing plan under the same <br />LRRWMO permit. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-8 -City of Coon Rapids/Request for Exemption #25 <br />Jankowski reviewed LRRWMO Permit #95-8 submitted by the City of Anoka to construct <br />a control structure to limit peak discharge into Anoka's drainage system and the April 27, <br />1995, memo from Bob Beduhn advising Exemption 25 for deminimus drain or fill would <br />apply. <br />Moved by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-8 submitted by <br />the City of Coon Rapids for a Certificate of Exemption from the WCA based on Exemption <br />25 - Deminimus Loss. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-9 -First Team Sports/Anoka AEP <br />Jankowski reviewed LRRWMO Permit #95-9 submitted by First Team Sports to construct <br />a 205,000 square foot corporate headquarters/warehouse/distnbution facility in the Anoka <br />Enterprise Park. <br />John Harwood, Hakanson Anderson Assoc., advised this is a continuation of the AEP <br />development which is controlled by the previously approved overall drainage plan. <br />Jankowski noted the regional retention ponds were already approved by the LRRWMO and <br />asked if each individual permit will come before the LRRWMO for review of on-site <br />erosion. Harwood indicated this is correct and all water quality issues were addressed with <br />the regional pond design. <br />Schultz advised that silt fencing has been installed. <br />
