At that meeting, the Ramsey Mayor agreed
to review Pearson's (LRRWMO attorney) letter and ask the Ramsey City Attorney to
provide comment.
Not available; placed on March 16, 1995 agenda.
Consider SEH Agreement for Professional Services
Jankowski noted the SEH Agreement has been revised as requested.
Weaver questioned the need to indicate the offices of member cities (the Agreement only
lists the Anoka City Hall office). Ferguson stated he was not concerned about this since
there is only one meeting scheduled at each member City Hall.
Moved by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the Agreement for Professional Services
with SEH for the plan update subject to the following amendment: Page 11, Travel Cost,
"There will be no travel cost for time spent for work related to the plan revision. All other
travel related expenses will be at the hourly rate of individual plus $0.30 per mile." Vote:
4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
LRRWMO Permit #94-17 -Ramsey Ditch Project
Jankowski reviewed that the LRRWMO has given approval of Permit #94-17, Ramsey Ditch
Project, contingent upon Beduhn reviewing the plan and project files to assure that the
scope and intent is the same as approved in 1989. Jankowski stated he met with Beduhn
to review files and Beduhn has now submitted a formal WCA Certificate of Exemption.
Jankowski reviewed a portion of Beduhn's February 7, 1995 memorandum regarding the
construction of 153rd Avenue between Ramsey Boulevard and Hematite Street NW, and
clarified that the culvert was placed under the roadway at the time the road was constructed.
He advised that he will contact Beduhn regarding this correction and request that he revise
his memo to reflect this.
