~5 ~ ~ <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />JANUARY 25, 1996 <br />(Rescheduled from January 18, 1995.) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. in the Engineering <br />Department's Conference Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd .Haas, Andover, Ben <br />Ferguson, Coon Rapids; and Ray Schultz; Anoka Alternate (arrived at 8:45 p.m.). <br />Voting members absent were John Weaver, Anoka. <br />Also present was Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer; and Mark Lobermeier, SEH. <br />• CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Aaas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the December 21, 1995, <br />regular meeting minutes, as submitted. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carved. <br />WCA GRANT REIMBURSEMENT REPORTS <br />Knutson explained he has summarized the dollar amounts which can be submitted for the <br />50% reimbursement through the WCA Grant as follows:---Barr Engineering for $720, <br />Andover for $500, and Timesaver for $160 plus an amount to be submitted from Ramsey, <br />for an approximate total of $1,500 of which $750 will be reimbursed. <br />Knutson noted that in 1994, the LRRWMO received 100% of their reimbursement request <br />(not 50% matching) so no funds have been requested against the 1995 grant. He suggested <br />reimbursements again be requested in 1996. LRRWMO agreed. <br />Schultz arrived at 8:45 a.m. <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 1996 BUDGET <br />Knutson reviewed the proposed budget for 1996. He distributed assessment notices to each <br />• member and pointed out that $5,000 has been included in the 1996 Budget for the Plan <br />Revision and the 1995 expenditures have been reduced. <br />
