<br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />January 25, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />• <br />Motion was made by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to adopt Resolution No. 45-3a for <br />Adopting a Budget for the Year 1996. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Knutson again noted .the revisionao the Plan Revision amount which has been reduced in <br />1995 ($5,000) and included in the 1996 Budget. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Schultz, to adopt Resolution No. 95-4 for <br />Adopting a Revised Budget for the Year 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. .. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending December 31, 1995. <br />Account balances for the period were: Checking, $49,806.46; less permit account balance <br />of ($10,155.32), for a total available balance of $39,651.14. <br />Knutson noted there are still a substantial amount of outstanding bills from Ban <br />Engineering and SEH. He pointed out that the LRRWMO will be under budget for 1995 <br />and that dues to member cities has been reduced to pre-Plan Update levels. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the • <br />period ending December 31, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carved. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Knutson presented the payment of bills for Timesaver for $147.32, Ban Engineering for <br />$15.00 which will be carried forward to the December bill, SEH for $1,236.77, City of Anoka <br />for $137.02; and League of Minnesota Cities for $2,294.00 (1996 insurance). It was noted <br />- that the cost for League of Minnesota Cities insurance in 1993, 1994 and 1995 was $2,302. <br />Since the Ban Engineering bill was only $15.00, they decided to carry this amount into <br />December. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to authorize payment to Timesaver for <br />$14732, SEH for $1,236.77, City of Anoka for $137.02; and League of Minnesota Cities for <br />$2,294.00. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />RFP PROCESS <br />Jankowski reported he attempted to contact Curt Pearson regarding the billing rates for <br />Holmes & Graven but has, as yet, been unable to reach him directly. <br />Knutson noted Coon Rapids coordinated the request for proposals last time and perhaps • <br />they have something in their files or perhaps Ban Engineering has a copy. <br />Jankowski stated he will review Ramsey's files and requested other members to do the same. <br />
