Knutson suggested he prepare a final budget with assessments at $10,000 and stated he will prepare a formal resolution for adoption at the December, 1996 meeting. Motion by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to direct Knutson to prepare a final budget reflecting a reduction in assessments of 33% and including $1,000 for implementation of Plan Update project activities for 1997 (as verified by Lobermeier). Vote: 4 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. RECEIVE PLAN UPDATE It was noted that SEH is preparing an updated version of the Second Generation Plan which is not yet completed but will be delivered to each member by the end of September for consideration at the October 17, 1996 meeting. Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder. Riverdale Mall - OHW level The LRRWMO reviewed the August 14, 1996 DNR letter to Project Manager Duane Engel of Vanney Associates indicating an OHW level has not been identified for Wetland 2-629W (Riverdale Mall). Ferguson stated this is contrary to what he understood. Schulta concurred and noted the OHW level should have been identified when Nature's Edge was constructed. Weaver pointed out there is no intent, in the development of the theater project, to invade this wetland. Ferguson requested a copy of this letter so he can follow up with the DNR regarding the OHW. Informational; no action required. Request for Review & Comment -Forest Lake Contactine (Ramsev) The LRRWMO reviewed the DNR's request for Review & Comment on the City of Ramsey project for temporary dewatering during construction of a storm sewer, with dischazge into the Rum River. • No adverse comments were made regazding DNR Permit Application Number 97-6033 for temporary dewatering in the City of Ramsey to facilitate the installation of storm sewer. Acknowledged; no action required.
