Fish and Wildlife: Policy 3.8 agree with Barr's recommendation and refer to existing <br />classification. <br />• Public Participation, Information and Education: No change. <br />Public Ditch System: Add definition that Anoka County has authority over the ditch system <br />and recognize the importance of ditch maintenance. <br />Groundwater: Policy 6.5 delete since it refers to hazardous spills and renumber remaining <br />policies; Policy 6.6 change "shall" to "should", "of the member cities" to "~ the member <br />cities"; and strike word "official". <br />Wetlands: Policy 7.3 add "and any amendments thereto". <br />Erosion Control: Policy 8.6 delete word "Under" <br />Other Goals and Policies: No change. <br />Ferguson was excused from the meeting at 11:25 a.m. <br />Lobermeier advised SEH will make one update of the full Plan once review is completed. <br />Consensus was reached to continue further discussion of the Plan Update at a special meeting <br />• on August 29,1996 at 2 p.m. <br />
